Simon Robinson is a qualified solicitor with more than 20 years experience specialising in Commercial and Business Law.
Simon began in 2001 as a trainee solicitor working with a large Legal 500 firm based in Kent. It was while working as a trainee solicitor that he decided to specialise in business and commercial property law, qualifying in 2004.
In 2005, Simon joined a well-established firm of solicitors, based in Surrey, as a commercial solicitor. It was during this time that Simon broadened his commercial experience, dealing with a wide variety of commercial cases for the busy business community. Simon was made a Partner of the firm in 2008, where he gained invaluable managerial experience.
After working as a Partner for three years, Simon decided to build on his experience of both commercial law and practice management and made the move to open his own practice, fulfilling a career ambition. Baldwin & Robinson Law opened its doors, so to speak, in March 2010.
Simon specialises in Freehold and Leasehold Commercial Sales and Purchases, Landlord & Tenant negotiations and Land Development site Sales and Acquisitions. He is also a conveyancing specialist for both commercial and residential property.
Simon also acts on behalf of commercial clients in business sales, acquisitions and option agreements.
Simon says, “Our goal at Baldwin & Robinson is to provide first class legal services in an approachable and friendly way. We want to do the best job possible at a competitive, reasonable price. It really is as simple as that.”
Simon is married to Mandy and has a son and a daughter. He enjoys playing golf, clay pigeon shooting, running and Formula One.
