Baldwin & Robinson have always been known for their friendly and approachable style of providing services to clients. So when appointing new team members one of the key attributes they look for, as well as skills and experience, is their ability to make people feel at ease.
This is never more important than with providing the often emotional services of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. After searching for some time for just the right person, Baldwin and Robinson are delighted to welcome Wayne Lock to the probate team.
Wayne joined the team in February this year as a Legal Executive with over 10 years’ experience in Private Client services. His early career started in admin in a law firm. Here his interest in Wills and Probate grew as he has always had a natural desire to help people and within this sector of law clients are often very emotional and in need of the most help. After several years of studying Wayne became a Fellow in 2011.
When Wayne is not working he enjoys exploring the countryside and running with his two English Springer Spaniels Locki & Bragi, which means he is already feeling at home amongst the other Baldwin & Robinson Pet Owners of which there are many.
When we asked Wayne about his first few months at the firm he commented “ It’s great to have joined a team that really does put their clients first, not just say that they do. I am looking forward to helping to further build on our probate and private client services and to meet more of our lovely clients”.

Our services include:
It is vital to create a Last Will & Testament as it is the only way to ensure your needs and wishes are fulfilled for those you leave behind.
Creating a Lasting Power of Attorney will give you peace of mind that there is someone to assist you, if required, or take over in the event of you being unable to look after your own affairs.
Matters of probate can be both time consuming and daunting. We understand that dealing with probate can be an emotional and difficult task. Our aim is to simplify the process for you.
Occasionally simple Wills are not sufficient to meet your needs and you may require a Trust to protect your loved-ones or your assets.
